Rhonda O’Dovero Selected As Part of Future Leaders Program

Regional Director of Operations, Rhonda O’Dovero, has been selected by the American Healthcare Association/National Association for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) as a participant in their 2019 Future Leaders of Long Term Care in America program. Rhonda was nominated by John Vander Meer, President and CEO of WHCA/WiCAL, Wisconsin’s long-term care and assisted living membership association. Mr. Vander Meer had the opportunity to nominate one member from Wisconsin to participate in the annual program.

The year-long program is designated for individuals with strong leadership qualities in long-term and post-acute care, and covers the latest theories and practical applications in quality management, customer satisfaction, and leadership. The 2019 program kicks off in Washington D.C. with a three day training session.

Rhonda leads North Shore’s northern Wisconsin region made up of 11 skilled nursing facilities spanning from Sturgeon Bay, WI to Superior, WI.
